Our Services
We offer three specialized units under one roof, assisted living, memory care and nursing care.
Our assisted living unit consists of 30 private rooms including two large suites to accommodate married couples. Our memory care unit (Grace Hall) is comprised of 28 private rooms. Our nursing unit includes 15 semi private rooms and 2 private rooms.
- ASSISTED LIVINGOur assisted living community assists residents with activities of daily living.

- MEMORY CAREEach resident will have a strength based service plan developed that is tailored to their individual abilities and challenges.
Family members and authorized representatives play a vital and cooperative role with staff in the creation of this plan. Click here to learn more about our Memory Care services.
- NURSING CAREOur nursing care community consists of specially designed rooms to accommodate a high level of care.
Residents in our nursing unit may require assistance with activities of daily living or total care. The residents receive 3 meals per day, snacks throughout the day, daily programs, housekeeping, linen service, personal laundry service and 24/7 nurse oversight.
