As a residents care needs increase the level of care required also increases. With an increased level of care also comes the burden of cost. Our residents who currently live in our Assisted Living or Memory Care communities may require financial assistance to age in place. Others who reside in our nursing community may become Medicaid eligible however the difference (gap) between Medicaid reimbursement and the cost of care continues to widen.

Making a planned gift is a great way to achieve tax benefits and to help continue the excellent care for future residents. A gift of life insurance is an excellent way to donate to us. The Gilbert Residence can be named as the beneficiary on an existing policy or a newly purchased policy. You may also donate by making a provision within your Will or living trust in a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate. You may also make a donation in memory of a loved one who resided at The Gilbert Residence. Your donation can go towards our general fund or a specific fund such as activities, charitable care, medical equipment, etc. Contact us for any assistance you may need in making these arrangements.
