Memory Care Community

In 1991 Stella Hammond, RN, gave a tremendous gift of one million dollars to the Gilbert Residence. Her kind heart and devotion to serving those who could not care for themselves was at the foundation for her being. Through her dedication and service to the local community, Stella left a mark on everyone she served. 2006 saw the creation of Grace Hall to serve residents suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia. In September of 2010, the Gilbert Residence honored Stella’s devotion and commitment by dedicating Grace Hall in her memory.

In Grace Hall Memory Care, we create lively, meaningful moments while honoring each resident’s choices.

Every resident receives a personalized care plan tailored to their abilities, interests, and routines developed in partnership with family members. Our secured, fully alarmed community includes 28 private rooms and an enclosed outdoor patio, providing safety and comfort in a warm, home-like setting. We focus on a stable, friendly environment that supports residents where they are cognitively, reducing stress and fostering joy. Families are an essential part of our care team, receiving ongoing support, education, and encouragement. Here, humor, connection, and compassion shape every day.
